Day 1　Osaka
Welcome to Japan

We are so excited to meet you up in Osaka!

After arrival, You will join our Big Welcome Party in a local Izakaya with our Anime Fans members and also our special guest- Anime Producer of MBS Animation!

Day 2　OSAKA
Chayamachi Oshi Festival

whole day

We will participate in a large event (includes anime, cosplay, drama..) hosted by MBS (Mainichi Broadcasting System), one of the best TV stations in Japan for broadcasting anime. An English-speaking guide will accompany you, so there is no need to worry! Just feel free to enjoy yourself.
Afterwards, we will go to a cosplay event (we have already secured a slot for you) and a visit to the MBS TV filming.
You will also receive original goods only available on this tour!

Day 3　Osaka

Nihonbashi Otaku Road Maid Cafes TAITO Station Osaka ARCADE GAME CENTER

After visiting Otaku Road in Osaka, let's sing anime songs with maids and have fun together in maid cafe!
We will also have a taiko game contest at the game center! Who will be the champion?

(Gacha capsule machines, Crane games...you can also have fun with that!)

Day 4
End of Tour

How to make a reservation
Please fill out the reservation form below.

A 300 USD refundable deposit will be requested due by March 15.

We will inform you that the confirmation of tour by March 31.

The deposit will be fully refunded if the tour do not reach the hosting situation.

Please noted that, the full payment will be charged by April 30.

The cancellation policy will be applied as following:

Cancellation Policy

➡ On before March 14: Free of charge
➡ March 15 - April 30: 20% of tour charge
➡ May 1 - May 30: 30% of tour charge
➡ June 1 - June 9: 50% of tour charge

➡ June 9 - June 14: 80% of tour charge

➡ June 15 - the day: 100% of tour charge
